Buying a tire

[email protected]

Questions about a reservation, a listing, or something in a grading report you want explained. Include the listing link if you have it.

Two things worth knowing before you write, because they are the most common surprises. A reservation is a free hold, not a purchase: nothing is charged on this site, and you pay the shop directly at pickup. And the tire is sold, fitted, and stood behind by that shop, not by us, so anything about fitting, refunds, or a tire after it is on your car is theirs to settle. We publish the inspection.

Something looks wrong on a listing

[email protected]

If a photo, a measurement, or a disclosure does not match the tire in front of you, tell us. A grading report only means something if it can be challenged, so this is worth the email even when you are unsure. Send the listing link and, if you can, a photo of what you are looking at.

Shops

Already a partner and stuck in the portal, or an inspection you want a second opinion on: email us. If you are signed in, say which shop you are, and if a grading went wrong, include the tire number from your Inventory tab.

Not a partner yet and want to be? Apply here instead; that form asks the things we would otherwise have to email you about.

Answers you may not need to ask for

What each grade means, where the boundaries sit, and what an inspection covers are all published in full on the Standard. Every listing carries its own report, including the flaws behind a lower grade.
