Every used tire this shop lists is inspected against the published Standard: tread measured in three grooves, age read off the DOT date code, and every repair or wear pattern written onto the listing. A tire that misses the floor is not listed here at all. New tires carry the New mark.
The grade describes what was found on the date of the inspection. It is not a promise about how a tire will perform, and it is not a warranty: the sale, the fitting, and anything after it are between buyer and the shop.
